PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Your purchase of products from Prepaid Traffic Tickets, LLC through its online service at www.prepaidtraffictickets.com is subject to and hereby incorporates the legally binding terms and conditions set out in this Purchase Agreement and in the Privacy Policy- as well as in any other policies of this website. When reference is made to this "Agreement", it shall include the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Parties
The parties to this Agreement are:

You (also referred to as the "Customer")
Vouchers - Purchaser and Owner Must be 18 or Older
You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, not subject to the Child Online Privacy Act, and of legal age to enter into contractual agreements in the state or province in which you are present when you make this purchase.
In addition, if you are purchasing a Voucher as a gift for someone else, the gift recipient must also meet the above age restrictions.
In the event that an order is placed in which either the Customer or the gift recipient do not meet these age restrictions, the purchase is considered null and void. PTT shall have no obligation to deliver a product or redeem a Voucher for any such order. PTT will cancel any order for which it determines either the Customer or the gift recipient do not meet the age restrictions.
Purchased Products
You hereby agree to purchase and PTT agrees to sell the product(s) detailed in the order you placed on www.prepaidtraffictickets.com ("PTT Website").
Product Warranties, Representations, Limitations
You acknowledge that products purchased from the PTT Website carry specific limitations and/or exclusions. For example, PTT Vouchers redeemable in the event of a traffic citation during the term of the Voucher, provide exclusions for certain types of citations, such as parking tickets and other non-moving violations, as well as for citations involving criminal charges. These limitations are written on the Vouchers themselves, as well as on the website. It is your responsibility to read and be aware of them before you purchase.
Delivery
Vouchers purchased on the PTT Website are delivered via email, as pdf file attachments, usually within 24 hours of your order. If for some reason you do not receive the pdf file attachment, please notify us and we will attempt to re-send it to you as an email attachment, or we will arrange to deliver it to you by another means such as mail or fax.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed and your payment completed, you will receive a confirmation page and/or email indicating an order number. You must record your order number.
If you do not receive a confirmation number or if you receive an error message or encounter a service interruption, it is your responsibility to contact PTT to confirm whether your order has been properly processed.
Orders will be processed only after a credit card authorization has been received and a billing address and other billing information have been verified with the credit card issuer. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for an order, which can delay the processing of the order. In such case, PTT may attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If PTT is unable to reach you after an initial attempt, it shall reserve the right to cancel your order.
Obligation to Pay
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you agree to pay the full cost of the order.
General Returns Policy
You may obtain a full refund on a Voucher purchased from us within 45 days of the purchase date.
We do not charge a fee for processing a refund - we simply return your full purchase price. There are no "re-stocking" or other charges associated with obtaining a refund when you return a Voucher to us.
After this 45 day period, there will be no refunds.
How to Obtain a Refund
Once you have determined that you wish to return a voucher for a refund, the steps involved are:
- Contact Prepaid Traffic Tickets, LLC by email or via the "Contact Us" link on www.prepaidtraffictickets.com to request your refund, providing your name and order number or the serial number on the voucher itself.
- We will verify the information you provided (usually within 24 hours) and cancel the voucher in our system.

No Resale or Transfer of Voucher
All resale of PTT vouchers is strictly prohibited. Vouchers are valid for redemption only by the person who is registered with PTT as the Voucher owner.
Use of Personal Information
In addition to and without limiting the generality of the provisions set out in our Privacy Policy, by purchasing through this website, you expressly agree that the personal information you provide us may be used by PTT or its affiliates and other persons acting on behalf of PTT, in order to add you to our distribution list to propose you offers and other promotional or marketing activities and to provide you with the latest information about PTT. We remind you that if you wish that we discontinue use of your personal information, please contact us.
Applicable Laws
Customer agrees that the applicable law to be applied shall, in all cases, be that of the state of California.
